Technical Support & Maintenance Specialist (Medical Devices)

Role Summary: - A technically skilled individual responsible for servicing, maintaining, and assembling complex orthotic appliances. Will also assist in custom adjustments, troubleshooting device malfunctions, and supporting clinical staff.

Qualifications & Requirements: -
• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Technical Field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in handling and maintaining medical/orthotic equipment
• Ability to understand device manuals, calibration requirements, and safety standards
• Experience in working with orthopaedic medical devices is highly preferred
• Good hands-on skills and customer-centric approach
